Decided a few weeks back I needed a break from all things Rams/NFL. In past season by the time the regular season came around I was already a bit burnt out of football. I didn’t totally unplug but definitely dialed it back.
Hard to remember on offseaon filled with genuine optimism as opposed to wishful thinking! This years floor 10-6 and winning the west, is higher than last years ceiling, 9-6 and not embarrassing ourself! BUT, the best thing is I think we finally have a solid owner, FO and coaching staff! We may not hit the highs of the GSOT, but I think we can be relvent for longer than 4/5 years. Not saying we are a dynasty, but we look and feel like a well run team.
I’m not only looikng forward to this season, the next several! Am i being overly optimistic, possibly. But this is the first time in years that I have more than just wishful thinking!
