Hundley has similar characteristics as Wilson; he's a runner. So this makes sense. But that Seattle would trade for him in some ways acknowledges that sooner or later Wilson's luck is going to run out. I'm not sure a QB has EVER piled up the rushing yards that Wilson has and remained relatively healthy.
I'm not sure how the Rams look at the back-up deal. But it is just hard to imagine that they feel comfortable with it as currently constituted. The question is: who best fits the spot, and what might it cost to obtain him and pay him?
