Top Ten is a stretch but they will be improved. Fluker is a massive run game upgrade for them and improvement from Poicic and Ifedi is natural. They will still be weak in pass protection but Russell can deal with that.

Watched their game last night and the defense was impressive. Especially the seconday. In my opinion, they are the second best team in the NFC West by a good margin. The punter and having an adequate kicker is enough for a 2-3 win improvement alone.

I would not sleep on the Seahawks.

I think the west as a whole is going to be better than people think and the cross over games on top of a brutal schedule (fro all) is going to keep things interesting deep in to the season. It's certainly the Rams division to win as of today but injuries are the great equalizer along with all these shiny new toys learning to play nice together.

R.I.P. Nelson aka TonyHunter87 1971 - 2017 far too soon..

Your last words to me: "Your a great guy RFIP. I was very sad when you left the board, and your son, but was glad to see you back. Take care my friend, may God be by your side." 09/09/2017 12:58AM

No Nelson, you were a far better man than I, and I am sure an awesome husband and father as well. I will miss you my friend. -RFIP
