I admit i'm put off by the word 'violent'...

Seems to strong... denoting intentional infliction of pain. Which, I suppose, is true in a lot of cases.

But I do love the use of full bodily force... every single muscle. To me it's just an extension of what comes naturally.... think of wrestling 2yr olds.
