I get your point of view... it's not that I don't... I just don't agree. His stats from last year were FANTASTIC... shows we have the right guy... but in my way of thinking you're making the same judgement McVay is making and I think is a bad mistake.. WE, the RAM, are NOT there yet... and neither is Goff. He needs a LOT of work, I stand by that.

Where we agree is that both Goff and McVay are the RIGHT guys... but I think that's just the start... now comes the hard part. - JamesJM
