Sean McVay said Wednesday that he hasn’t decided if starters will play Saturday against the Raiders. However, it seems unlikely. McVay has expressed concern throughout training camp about the potential of injuries and with the Raiders, he’s also mentioned maintaining competitive advantage, keeping in mind they meet again in a season opener on Sept. 10.
