Biggest difference between Fisher practice and McVay practice, more focus and intensity. Fisher would be with guys in one area working on something while in other areas instead of working they would be clowning around. None of that at McVay practice. EVERYONE in every work group are WORKING. McVay has delegated his assistants and they are hard on the players. No screwing around.
