Anybody tried the annual call to DirecTV?

maybe I called to early....I got shut down twice this year....both people said they would have to talk with their manager.....and came back with nothing

I asked for bundle discounts because I go through ATT and get wireless, TV and internet

looks like I gotta go thru retentions....any tips.......I think they have my name on a secret list

maybe I will have RFIP call for me
