All three of those guys will need a year with Ted Rath and his team. They just will. The key for them as rookies is understanding assignments, learning the offense, getting used to the pace, getting good coaching on technique, etc.

Agreed, 93.

And, with any luck, all 3 will get that year of strength building. The Rams were definitely planning ahead by taking their OL players this year.
