Higbee........Looks really big and THICK! Ran some nice routes and caught the ball very well. Had 1 drop......I think he's ready to go.
Hemingway.....He's going to explode on the NFL scene this year......Man, he just looks like an NFL TE.....Caught the ball, runs like a gazelle...passed the eyeball test yesterday.
Everett.......He's definitely the smallest of the 3....Goff hit him on some nice passes....Nothing long, but underneath stuff.
My buddy (who is a Chargers Fan) said 2 things that stuck out yesterday.
1. Your TE's just look athletic. They all look like they can walk on to an NBA team and play.
2. McVay......"I knew you guys got the best HC last season, but I had no idea how good".....He was impressed with how the practice just ran so smooth and how there was no yelling and screaming from coaches at players. Also, how McVay was engaged and got his point across to the players."
