I went to 3 home games last season: Washington, Seattle, and Atlanta.

In all three cases, I bought the tix off of Groupon. For the Skins game (Week 2), we sat on the sidelines and paid about $120 per ticket. I believe you could get seats in the closed end of the stadium for about $60. Tix for the Seattle game was a bit harder to come by (financially-wise) due to the abundance of bandwagon Seahag fans. Paid about $100 for seats in the closed end (halfway up). Obviously, the playoff game against Atlanta was tougher still as I shelled out $125 for closed end seats.

If you haven't been to the Coliseum before to watch a football game, there's one main thing to keep in mind: The Coli is an old school bowl stadium with seating that goes out and up as opposed to other stadiums that might have 2 or 3 levels to them and just goes up. As a result, you can pay $250-$300 for a ticket at the Coliseum and still be a mile away from the field. In contrast, when I traveled to the Rams/Charger game a few years ago, the nose-bleed seats I bought at the 50-yard line were still, literally, on top of the field.

Also, should it be important for you to sit on the same sidelines as the Rams, you should know that, for some reason, they've chosen to be on the press box side of the field - the side facing the sun during afternoon games. Again, it's a bowl so there's really no escaping the sun, but I'd like for it to be at my back, if possible. Again, something for you to consider. If you sit in the closed end, you might catch a little shade from the scoreboard. But you should also be prepared to catch the "contact" up there too. spin tounge smiley

(LOL!) You've no idea how much I agonized over being 0-2 before buying those tix for the Falcon game. And sure enough...come mid-way through the 4th quarter, that's all I could think about. I'm Sorry smiley
