It was just embarrassing, and wasn't in a big game (like Bradshaw to Stallworth in 79).
I forget the year and my memory is understandably foggy on this (since I want to forget this happened) but the Rams were playing Dallas and Romo screwed up the snap in the shotgun and the ball went 30 yards behind the LOS. Romo scooped it up and...scored.
That was one of the most embarrassing Rams plays ever.
