All 3 TE on this team are extremely talented and very unproven at this point. TE is on of the more nuanced positions and seems to take a longer time for players to develop. I expect at least one fo these guys to really step up and stand out just based on the odds plus good coaching. I think Higbee even reached the level of being a decent #2 guy last year even though he was the starter. McVay will want to provide different looks and we can use somebody who can step up as a big red zone target which we don’t really have at the WR group who are all talented but none of them are in the 6’3” or better category.
What might make this team really dynamic is if 2 of these guys breakout which is a decent possibility especially as Everett and Hemingway can both easily split out wide. This wil be one of the more fun areas to see develop as there is uncertainty with the growth of these players and if they 2 of them do develop the offense will change and become even more unpredictable.
