I love that these guys are still blaming Carroll for the loss. As if their whole playoff run that year and the super bowl game was just one play. They are forgetting one of the greatest playoff meltdowns in history put them in the title game. They really should have lost to the Packers. Then at the end of the Super Bowl - they were losing (somehow not Avril or Sherman's fault). Then Wilson heaves up a hail mary that was miraculously caught deep in Patriots territory. A pass that could have easily not been completed. Then a great defensive play sealed the game for the Pats. This is all the coach's fault? Nothing to do with the players? Why not blame Russell Wilson for throwing it, or the receiver for not shielding off the db?
Also somehow if they had won that game - Avril thinks they would have won a couple more. Really? Based on what?
It's that old saying - success has many fathers but failure is an orphan. Or something like that.
Still love that their 'dynasty in the making' is coming apart through backstabbing comments and in-fighting.
