Fisher wants to be the SKIPPER of the boat. It's easier to lead, have other's bark the orders and get the work done.

Fisher played football in HS, College and Pro's......He coached NFL Football for like 30 years......He's been in the game his entire life.....In the end, the Rams Job simply burned him out.........He coached tired, he talked tired, he looked tired.
