What I notice about that list is that many of them are either
* older players with a year or 2 left (Whitworth, Sullivan, Talib, Saffold)
* younger players who have not signed extensions yet (Donald, Goff, Joyner)
Veterans who are signed through at least 2020: just one, Barron, Woods
This will change with signings. That will make signed vets out of Donald, Goff, and Joyner.
