The main reasons you can't call Goff elite are (A) he simply hasn't done it long enough and (B ) he needs some playoff success.
But Goff also doesn't need to
improve his numbers. He just has to
maintain what he did last year consistently. Goff's 2017 stats like QB rating, TD%, INT% all hold up as top 5 in the league over the past five seasons. He just has to keep doing that for several more years.
