Because I think this is similar to what you had with the Rams, back when Stan bought the land in LA. Everyone had reasons for why it wouldn't happen, but it did happen. Generally billionaires don't buy up big properties associated with stadiums/sites without a good reason.
Then ask yourself what the value of the team would be in London. How much greater would it be? I'm guessing the difference is profound. This is more real, IMO, than most in the media realize. So I'm wondering when Khan would be able to get out of there...
