If it IS out of the ordinary....that's appears quite telling about McVay & Wade's preferences....
or if it's just happenstance.
I haven't exactly doe due diligence yet, but it seemed like most of their picks were older players, and very smart, with academic awards to boot. I like the latter a ton. But my own preference is to draft the youngins., so they have more peak time to give.
Regardless, it appears McSnead are trying to put together a smart, "mature" team. Kinda the anti-Fisher approach.
