That's true. Based on the depth some teams will have after drafting new starters, some players would now be available. However, these trades usually happen after trains by camp because the draftees are unproven. Why would you trade your starting center when your replacement hasn't proven he can take the job? When teams are cutting down from 80 to 53 suddenly some decent talent might become available.
