Both he and Barron had injuries that week that hurt them.
Pharo messed up with that ball security yes but I also think at least one of those fumbles could be credited to a great pop by a Falcon player.
Cooper did have another fumble vs the Niners in that Thursday night game though.
Gotta know when to say when and get out of bounds.
