It would work for the start of the horn but the shortness of the sleeve would make the horn look "crunched" or too small IMO. What I liked about the old jersey horn was that it was big and went down to the elbow. That cannot be done anymore. I would be ok with the horn starting lower than the throwbacks (also thicker\wider) and going around the back side and under the arm ending on the rib cage. I would love to see a Crazylegs version of that scenario. Crazylegs? You listening? lol
I don't think that it means it shouldn't be there. Rams have long had some guys who tucked their sleeves and others who didn't.
