In order for Goff to target Cooks 120 times I suspect Goff would have to average throwing 40 times per game. And even then favor throwing to Cooks. He has too many other important and equally as good targets in Woods, Kupp and Gurley, and this doesn't even account for a possible emergence of our TEs. If Cooks gets targeted 90 times, that would be a bunch imo. I expect him to be in the 60-65 catch range at the X position. But then again, I guess it depends on how D's decided to defend the Rams offense.
