I keep half of the fourth rounders, trade the other half for earlier picks next year, and do the same for the sixth rounders.

Main reason for swapping 2018 for 2019 is that you generally get better value if you're willing to go in that direction. A reward for delayed gratification, so to speak. It's not "in" on draft day, generally speaking. But I probably wouldn't do that for the first three rounds.
