My biggest reason to smile........McVay truly believes 100% about "WE NOT ME"......It's how this team and organziation lives and breathes each and every day.

Simple............If you want in, then it's all about the TEAM FIRST......If you can't handle it, then move on, we will find players that want to play here and be part of something special.
