When there was the triumvirate of Snead, Fisher and Demoff the mantra was to build through the draft and not pick up any free agents above the age of 28.
One person is removed from power and as we've all seen that philosophy has been turned on its ear...but why?
This is not as much of a "why the rush" as it is why such a drastic change in philosophy?
Supposedly it was an all for one one for all philosophy and looking at Sneads MO in Atlanta, it appeared to follow along the same lines of team building.
So considering what we've seen over the last couple of offseasons just who IS running the show in tinseltown?
I have an idea but as usual mileage may vary according to driving patterns.
Thoughts?
Best,
