That's probably true, but what I am thinking is more along these lines.
Regardless what they have done before, Rams will just opportunistically jump on things each off-season. Whether they keep guys from before and sign them longterm or not.
I don't think this is a one-year "playoffs now" kind of off-season. I think every off-season they will be jumping on opportunities. Trades especially.
