3 Reasons: Plenty of "Pros & Cons" with all the additions

1.(D. Jackson), Cooks will play this role in the rams offense.

2. (AGENT/Relationship) Cooks shares the same agent as Goff... possibly easier to extend a long term deal.

3. (Overall Talent/Top shelf and I'm not talking municipal)... check the numbers!

Peters = Pros- Becomes the best addition to the defense early in the 2018 season and his turnover machine abilities force QB's shy away from his side of the field making one quarter of the field in the pass defense a non factor for Wade to have to game plan for.

Cons- Or he has an off year and takes a step back becoming the occasional on the field punk and/or locker-room dud!

Talib = Pros- Continues to play at a high level and takes more of a leadership role because he's getting long in the tooth and wants to win one more championship ring.

Cons- Or he gets picked on and exposed because he's lost a big step in his coverage ability with teams shying away from Peters. This makes Talib embarrassed and he implodes because his ego can't handle the fact that he's letting the team down so he self-destructs and becomes more of a nuisance as the season goes on.

Suh = Pros- Realizes he's getting older and buys in with a different mindset believing he can win a championship having #99 on the interior and Wade putting him in positions to have his best year since his last pro-bowl.

Cons- Or he just isn't the beast he used to be and isn't able to totally function in Wade's scheme. He reverts back to his freelancing undisciplined ways and becomes a desperate out of place interior defensive lineman living on his past.

Cooks = Pros- See's the reality that he's now on his 3rd NFL team even though he's been one of the most productive WR's in the NFL since he's been in the league. He buys all the way in McVay's vision and fits the scheme becoming a bigger impact than Sammy Watkins was the previous year.

Cons- Or Cooks' is just a 2 trick pony that has his occasional good games and gets his yards but doesn't make a big enough impact to add to the redzone efficiency for other players in ( McVay's ho-hum underachieving REDZONE history slash, situational football failures with the Rams and his recent time as the prior OC with the Redskins)

Most obviously the big games against the better defensive teams and most importantly the playoffs. Lost without a red-zone target he may be the most overrated addition by subtraction with the loss of Watkins etc...

(let alone Cooks becomes another wasted 1 year WR rental) that the Rams wasted for a crucial first round 2018 draft pick.
