Yeah I am not sure, but maybe it is like when you play hand slap, you know exactly what I am going to do and yet that does not negate the need to beat your speed. The slow aspect is a more difficult one, but the main thing I could think of there is muscle memory training and then they would get faster and faster. Either that or they both know OL have a delay since they have to get out of their stance first.
