Darnold should have stayed one more year.
However, you see guys like Matt Barkley, who did stay another year, and tumbled down the ranks. Rightly so, perhaps. for Matt. Sam has some football grit that none of the others have. If you like money? You come out now.
Allen reminds me a bit of the Paxton Lynch story. The guy could be a star. He could be a let down. I don't think he's the top guy.
Rosen would look one heck of a lot better if guys had held on to perfectly thrown balls. In some ways, he reminds of a guy named Goff. Slighter build. Clean throwing motion. Not a year one guy in my eyes, but is smart enough. Wonder how much dedication to the game he'll have. Doesn't need the money.
Baker. Love the way he plays. On film, clearly the best of them in my eyes. Guys love him, Guys hate him.
Lamar. agree with your take about where he lands. Gadget guy first season, but really is about how he cleans up in camp. Dazzles for sure.
