No it won't.

They can use the nearly 7 M they already owe Donald to structure a deal. Turn some of that into a 6 M pro-rated bonus hit on a 6 year deal., for example, and that gives them a 36 M signing bonus.

And "restructures" is not a euphemism for "arbitrarily ask players just to give money back." That's so rare it's not even worth mentioning.
