Upside: They get a deep receiver to draw coverage, and maybe complete a few deep shots like Watkins did.

This offense spreads the ball around, nobody gets to be THE man, so two 1sts just isn't worth it.

Beckham is coming off an injury. I wouldn't give two 1st round picks for that reason ALONE even if all else was fine.
It creates cap problems down the road that just aren't worth it (see Downside point 1)
As a fan, I don't mind a few "interesting" characters on my team, but this guy turns me off, where Peters, Talib, and Suh do not. It's an individual preference.
