One way to approach who the Rams might take at 23 is to look at which positions that are unlikely to take.
In order of MOST unlikely to take at 23 (outside of P and K):
QB
RB
S
CB
DL
TE
Guard
Center
ILB
Since ILB is the least unlikely, then that means that position is right on the bubble. So maybe if they have some ILB rated really high and he's there, they just might take him for the value. I don't believe ANY interior Oline will be taken at 23 because Les has stated forcefully that he believes you can get equal value in the mid rounds for interior Oline.
Therefore the most LIKELY to take (in no particular order) reduces down to:
WR
OT
OLB/Edge Rusher
So I think the Rams will look for who they have highest on their board at those 3 positions. If NONE are worth the 23rd pick, Les will try to move either up or back (I think almost for sure back since they don't have a 2nd round pick).
