The import of Peters, Talib....and now Suh....will require SOMEONE on the field to rise up and lead this team. McVay and Phillips can do what they want on the sidelines......but the emotions boiling over on the field will require SOMEONE on the field to keep that all in check. The concern I have is that this team really has no leader (particularly on the defense) to keep others in check. Donald is a stud....but he is not an on-field leader. The rest of the D unit has solid players....but none which rise up as the leader. You aren't going to get the leader out of the draft....so I think there is still a free agent signing to come. Ideally it would come from the LB position (I don't think Ramik Wilson fills this void). Maybe Bowman?
