Suh saying, I will give up some money but only for one year. Either what you are telling is true and I will be happy to re-sign or this master plan won't work as well as thought and I will go to the Saints after they free up money and try to get to the super bowl that way. Of course the Titans are up and coming too so maybe he will sign with them after a year anyway.
Could also be a bet he is taking on himself. If we go to the superbowl and he is a key part to making that happen, maybe he will be able to command more money.
