out of the 1st....unless, someone we like an awful lot is there and is BPA/need for us.
Due to Wades past with other teams, namely Broncos unless those ILBs are already on the team, I feel the ILBs in Wade's scheme
will use cheaper FAs and/or lower draft picks to fill the spots...and honestly we can get many of those types mid round. imo
Even some decent EDGE guys can be had in the 2nd-4th rounds...so I'd trade down. In fact, here's my prediction - mark it cuz I stand by it...after months of gaming the draft thru the FanSpeak draft game using a made -up draft board consisting of the opinions from our resident scouts here, my BlinkScout of a little brother's list, and a combination of my own watching and the DraftTracker board...
I've complied my own FanSpeak board based on rounds that I think players go....and I have concluded that a trade down gets us MUCH more value- sans a surprising stud that'll drop to #23...outside of that...it's gonna be a trade down and it WILL garner, at least a 2nd, 3rd and 4th...maybe even 2 2nds or 2nd , 2- 3rds, etc...a little better than what the chart says due to 1st round draft day fever and the fact that many QBs will go 1st round and push other guys down the board that teams with extra picks will make a move for.
In fact, my opinion is that we will NOT trade up/lose more picks...I believe that by 95%.
We'll need lotsa decent/cheap depth for the next 4yrs to cover the signing money that will be doled out to our stud players. imo
