There are 53 player personalities to go with many coaches. There is no way they all like each other.
Just like at any place of work, there are those you struggle to get along with, those you avoid, and those you draw closer to.
Seahawks have won a lot on those conditions.

However, there is a tipping point to where it can get too toxic. But usually it's only a couple of people who are at the bottom of the problem. It seems that the main culprits have always been Sherman and Thomas.
