But was pretty darn good with Cleveland. Which amazes me considering how bad their QB situation has been.
But don't know what happened to him in Washington. He had a case of the dropsies a lot. A friend of mine said he also seemed to be lost out there when trying to run the correct routes. Whatever the case, he was a disappointment there.
