Watkins no. Busts do not sign 50 million dollar contracts and get paid top 10 money on their 2nd contract.
He was very good in Buffalo average 1000 yards in his first 2 seasons, something that hasn't been done with the Rams in more than a decade.
but he wasn't a dominant player like I expect him to be.
