But...I'll say...if we don't fix the edge, the QB will just move to the outside.
The QB moved to the outside last year.
The QB being flushed to the outside largely explains Barwin's 5 sacks, Longacre's 5.5, and several of Quinn's 8.5.
None of those three actually generated much pass rush themselves with the exception of Quinn late in the season (starting around week 12).
That's why I'm not that concerned with the state of the LBs right now. It's status quo. They were already horrible last year and all beneficiaries of AD and Brockers.
