He said the best defense has 16-20 players that can play and contribute. It's about the best combination of starters and depth. Very true.
For the Rams that's why adding a NT matters. Why re-signing Robey-Coleman matters. Why not just replacing Quinn but who their top 6 LBs are matters. Etc.
