Sure. Barring a bunch of key injuries. Provided Goff doesn't regress. Provided the Rams get some depth on the Oline (they got awfully lucky on the Oline last year). Assuming the chemistry of the incoming players works. If you were to name 5 or 6 teams who on paper have a potential Super Bowl roster, you'd have to include the Rams.
Where I agree most with Patrick is when he points out how FAST this team has gone from perpetual mediocrity (at best) to upper level NFL team with realistic Championship aspirations for the foreseeable future.
