Yeah, I know. It's not gonna happen. But, if I'm the Rams, I at least contact him. Sit down with him. Toss the football around. Show him the plans for the new stadium. Give him the grand tour, etc. Wine 'em and dine 'em. Maybe find his favorite actors and rockers and bring them over too.



I'd talk to him about how incredible it would be to have a secondary of Peters and Talib at the corners, with Sherman and Johnson manning the safety spots. And I'd tell him the Rams are trying to free up cap space for Lebron James, Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson for next season too.



Or, just find Robert Duvall and a horse to make him an offer he can't refuse.



Regardless . . . given the craziness of the offseason so far, is it really that unreasonable?
