Not a possibility due to cap hits to the Bucs

The only way for the Bucs to be OK with letting Jackson go is if he's traded to the Rams.
And the Rams aren't going to assume an $11 mil per year contract for a 32 year old player.

The Bucs aren't about to cut him or they'd suffer an over $7 mil dead cap hit.

Jackson is a non-starter and I doubt at his age and mileage the Rams need another problem child in the locker room.
