Winter Recess this year is from December 14th - January 8th

I might imagine that the team and NFL officials could convince the University that during those weekends that the need for parking isn't as intense.

The Rams face a new problem this year.
Rampage says lot 1 is history for this season.
That's a lot of parking lost.

Where all that overflow goes, too, I haven't the faintest.
