An idiot that may have been a huge part in hiring what may be the greatest coach in Rams history.

Not every contract is going to be team friendly....take a look around the league, it happens with every team every year.

Rams have the most cap space right now out of all the playoff teams....and are looking like having even more cap space in 2019 $85mil

The Quinn contract was good. At the time, he was the best DE in the league.

Forget Bennett for a minute. Other than Quinn, you don't see a problem with the TA, Barron, and AO contracts?

Those are beyond not being team friendly. Those players became among the highest paid at their positions when not one of them was an elite player.

IMO, Ogletree isn't even above average and he's the highest paid ILB in the league.

The pattern is becoming more and more troubling to me.

FWIW, I'm not on the fire Demoff bandwagon. I give credit where it's due. I applaud him for hiring a great coach in McVay.

But whoever is in charge of the renegotiating contracts and salary cap management needs to be reevaluated and possibly replaced.
