I know it's not gonna happen. The Jags probably won't let him go. But can you imagine the Rams with Robinson, Watkins, Woods and Kupp? The Rams played three wideouts more than any other team. Adding Allen Robinson gives them the chance to rotate in fresh receivers, all of whom can flat out play. And you'd also have Reynolds gaining time and experience, as well as some good new weight, hopefully. The Rams have the cap room for that now.
I wanted them to draft Robinson in the 2nd the year he came out. Greater leaper, 6'2". Can go up and get contested footballs. Not a burner, but deceptively fast.
Anyway . . . . it's not to be. In lieu of that, the focus will be on re-signing their own players, and maybe pick up some good, young linemen, offensive and defensive. Looks like Vea and Payne won't be there when they pick at #23, so they'll likely go edge rusher or maybe inside backer. Which is fine with me. I have a feeling McVay and company will surprise us this year.
The future is bright enough for shades, folks.
