Personally, I think Cleveland will find a way to blow this whole thing. When I heard that they were soliciting offers for their 1st pick, I thought just how stupid can these guys be? They don't need tons more draft picks. They need a few really good players.
The smart move is to take Barkley with the first pick, and whichever QB they like best out of the remaining ones at 4. No more than 2 QBs can go off the board before they pick again. And from everything I've personally seen, and what I hear others say, I just don't see a huge gap between Allen, Mayfield, and Darnold. And I imagine Rosen, either.
QBs are about the biggest crap shoot there is anyway.
So why not get the guy that is about as close to a lock as the next great RB in the league, and then the BPA QB at pick 4?
