All part of the 15 year plan

They had to be awful enough to draft a QB number 1and basically ruin this QB and then get a 2nd round draft pick to move up to select Goff. I would like to thank Jim Haslett for setting the ball in motion... well him and a few people who were there before him and at the same time and after... but he was the key IMO to the turn around.
