I want to win as much as you do, possibly more...BuT....
I feel that the Rams were on the right path, had a good thing going bringing in very good talent and character guys.
Sammy, Woody, Whit, Sully ALL good guys with talent.
I don't think this team is one player away so why gamble on a high risk guy?
I've followed the league a long time as have you I'm sure I've seen guys like TO, Haynesworth, Wallace, Moss (in Oakland) Brandon Marshall, Santonio Holmes and others create havoc on teams.
I don't want that for our Rams.
I hear ya, la. Or should I now say that I feel ya? Lol.
But we are talking about an elite player here. MP is not a JAG. Such players can be force multipliers. Legit game changers such as Faulk and Aeneas Williams were, potentially. And at a very key position.
So, while this could go sideways, I am 100% supporting what I consider a high reward, low risk decision.
Honestly, the more I learn the more I think Snead took advantage of a very shortsighted decision by Clark Hunt. A decision that will haunt the Chiefs owner for quite some time.
